Peonies are my absolute favorite flower! They pack a powerful punch of delicate pink and white- (my ultimate fave) petals...layered like lace... one upon the other. Seeing peonies in groupings throughout a garden are the epitome of Summer beauty! My only complaint regarding this wonderful plant is that it blooms for such a short time...maybe that is why I treasure it so.... It is so warm out this week I am in a peony mood!!

ReplyDeleteThose peonies are gorgeous. I don't know that much about them. Are they easy to grow? I have a black thumb and I pretty much manage to kill everything, but I'd like to change that.
ReplyDeletePeonies are easy to grow! I think you should give them a shot...if for nothing else than to put them in vases around your lovely home!:)

The best recommendation I have is to go to a florist who will be able to find them. They are not in season locally yet so they will be more expensive but so worth it! Good luck! What a wonderful bouquet it will be. Congratulations on such a wonderful event!
