Caprese Salad is one of my faves even when prepared in the most casual way, but feast your eyes on this presentation. Wouldn't this add a little "panache" to your next dinner party? My friend Sherry celebrated her birthday last year at the Peninsula Hotel and this was the opening number. Her mother Renee created the tablescape and I will be featuring her fabulous work in the future! She is a talent!
For an outside gathering I decided to present caprese salad on skewers for an interesting twist and easy consumption.
