Downton Abbey is a British television production about a family of three daughters and their servants in England during the Edwardian Era. It has subsequently become the most successful British costume drama in 30 years. The first series ran in the U.S. on PBS earlier this year and due to it's success the second series is coming in January 2012. Here's the skinny... the storyline and characters.. "intriguing", the fashion.."incredible", the upper crust and servant culture, "fascinating"....you can catch up now and watch the entire series online or rent it on video. Must see T.V. for me!
Wowee, I need to find this in China. The striped dress alone has sold me on the program.
